Minion Abilities.

I am building a set of very limited minions
Abilities:
Str -, Sta -, Agl -5, Dex -5, Fgt -5 Int - Awe -5, Pre -5
Net 80 points
.

A couple of questions.
First, is the math correct? With these Ability stats, the minion would have 80 points to use elsewhere?
OK, 50 points after Buying Immunity to Fortitude Effects..
Next, is Strength needed to use Move Object? I would think not...

Thanks in advance, I have a renewed interest in magical implements that needs addressing...

Yes, the maths is correct; and no, strength is not required to use move object.

Thank you. I have something else in mind, but it seems to me that these stats would be great for making persistent areas/walls of damage or affliction effects.
