Or more accurately:

"Characters must be flawed as dictated by plot."

I am gonna wince if a certain character gets through current events unscathed, considering what they have done so far.

Only wince ?

I`m going to be really upset if a certain double agent turns out to be triple... cause said agent is not as hot as Jessica Drew...

Close. You got the gist of it, but it actually goes...

So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb.

Gotta love Mel Brooks movies... Well, some of of 'em, anyhow...

(My personal favorite is Young Frankenstein. Marty Feldman was brilliant.)

But getting back to MAoS... I'm not horribly impressed or dismayed by the show so far. There's a lot of untapped potential that I hope will shine through eventually... But I'm not all that optimistic it'll happen anytime soon.

I was actually enjoying last night's episode -- things are happening, and those things are interesting! -- but if the show traded Saffron Burrow's Victoria Hand for Paton Oswalt, they did not make a great decision.

I'm hoping she'll somehow have survived, but it's not looking good. Her death here would be almost as pointless as it was in the comics.

Victoria Hand is dead in the comics?! That saddens me.
Now I really want her back and leading HAMMER on the show.

That aside, I am digging the new show direction. Although it seems to have gone for a "Mutant Enemy's greatest hits" approach between the group of outlaws on a cool vehicle and the 'hunky and myterious' but actually kind of annoying love interest and ally turned horribly evil. I can't wait for Skye to discover her psychic powers and blow up Graviton with a rocket launcher before sending Ward to hell. I wonder if it'll be Fitz or Simmons that dies for pathos. Probably Simmons as I think she's more beloved.

nope Simmons is the woobie. She wont get killed, Fitz might leave but not her. If they follow the Whedon formula they still have 3 seasons of "Put [the woobie] in danger to show the seriousness of it".

So Watchmans vote is "Stop, hammer-time!"

Yeah, she's got a statue in the garden and everything.

Brother Voodoo's ghost brother killed her when he was on an angry rampage, killing former allies because they didn't prevent Brother Voodoo's [pointless] death.

So long as they're not wearing green and purple, I'd be down for that.

Would have liked to see Patton Oswalt stick around as a recurring side character, but it was pretty obvious that wasn't going to happen.

Hope we get to see Maria Hill more regularly now, though.

Latest episode... Gotta say, I didn't see that twist at the end coming... And that's a good thing.

...And we've been shown that "GH" in "GH-325" apparently stands for "Guest Host," which is one, small mystery solved...

I listened very closely to make sure I understood him correctly.
