The Vegas episode was a little bland, but the one from the week before, the one with the psychic town was great, the best one in several seasons I thought. I been watching season two and three again lately, which are awesome, and the psychic town episode harkened back to that time, when the show was on top of its game, it was a fun and clever episode.

As whole this season has been a let down for me. There have been some good episodes, but they've been overshadowed by underwhelming villains and some poor character writing. Also, I miss the Impala... :(
A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day.

When the Leviathans were going on their killing spree disguised as the Winchesters, Dean was told to lock it up so they wouldn't draw unwanted attention to themselves. It hasn't been seen since unfortunately.

That actually makes a lot of sense, considering that they've been fugitives for years and they drive a very noticeable classic car. And they're not exactly subtle when they arrive in a new town.

Oh it makes perfect sense, but I still want the Impala back. :)

... is it wrong that I want to try a (non-Leviathan tainted) Turducken Slammer?

I'm going to keep it short so as not to give anything away. In my opinion, this episode was by far one of the best of the season and is probably one of my favorites for the series in general.

I agree, great episode. Going to wait until at least Tuesday before making any actual spoilery comments, but honestly I'm intrigued to see what the fallout is going to be after this.
