Re: Six Gun Art Preview: Marauder!

Postby rickjthree » Tue Jun 12, 2012 7:12 am

Marauder is the team leader, whether he likes it or not. Rick Jones created some great personalities for this supplement. It's great watching Alex bring them to life. I can't wait to show you the rest!

Thanks. I'm loving the artwork.

I know I'm waiting for that next session on the podcast. Play sessions and news about what you're doing for M&M and interviews with such luminaries as Steve Kenson and the wonderful author of Noir, Mr. Chris McGloughlin are always appreciated.

The last podcast was excellent. I'm going to recommend it to a friend who's thinking about running again after a long hiatus from GMing. It actually kind of inspired me to design a few adventures myself as well! Great show! :)
Cheers, Alex

Re: Vigilance Press-Challengers Coming Soon! (Latest post)

Postby Shadowchaser » Wed Aug 08, 2012 5:05 am

So, thanks to Alex's 5 or so ranks of Quickness with Line Art, we now have a full-color gallery of preview images for the Beacon City Challengers!

Check the art out here: http://www.vigilancepress.com/gallery/207-2/

The Challengers are a teaser product we'll be releasing for FREE as soon as the layout is finished. I'm hoping right around or during Gen-Con, but we'll have to see how things come together.

The first edition will be the Mutants and Masterminds statblocks, and this will be promoting the upcoming "Elements of Ruin" super-huge awesome project from Vigilance Press, by Jack Norris! We've been working on this thing all Summer, and I think it's about time the public gets a taste. These are all playable heroes and PL 11, bumped up a bit from the standard starting PL 10 of most campaigns... because they're going to be facing some huge challenges! Of course, using them is completely optional, but I wanted to share them with you now so you can get a taste of the setting elements and maybe use them in your own campaigns.

More info coming soon! :)

Black Chapter now has a cover image! I'm currently in the process of coloring, but here are Alex Williamson's original inks:

Coming soon, Black Chapter!

Here's the world's biggest douchebag, Graf Geothe. For every copy of Black Chapter left unsold, Graf gets away with another hipster outfit.

...sorry, best joke I could come up with at the moment. Check out the art! :)

Tabitha Taboo! First published as a statblock with no pictures, we have remedied this with Black Chapter (along with Graf Goethe), including them both with illustrations and a new set of plot hooks! Along with stats. :)

Check out the art for Tabitha Taboo!
