Thanks to the “Super-Powered by M&M” program, Spectrum Games plans to release a version of Gallery of Evil that is compatible with Mutants and Masterminds.
Gallery of Evil is to be a villain book for the Capes, Cowls and Villains Foul RPG, which is currently being crowdfunded via Kickstarter. The supplement will offer dozens of new bad guys, ranging from oddball theme villains to cosmic menaces and everything in between.
According to Spectrum president Cynthia Celeste Miller, “I’m extremely pleased with the eclectic mix of cretins that we’re assembling for this product and I want to share them with as many gamers as possible. I mean, you just can’t go wrong with a failed baseball player who has made a deal with a demonic entity but ended up cursed and with an evil, sentient baseball. Or a vile mastermind who is an ape with a brain-in-a-jar where his head should be. Or a villain group wherein each member represents a different sub-genre of heavy metal. Or… well, the list just goes on and on.”
The characters are being converted by Darren Bulmer, who is a huge fan of both CC&VF and M&M. In fact, he has even contributed to M&M products. As such, the game stats will be done by someone who is thoroughly familiar with both systems.
