Post by The Scarecrow » Sun Apr 01, 2012 3:39 pm

Hi guys, there's someone who can tell me if and when Green Ronin will publish issues 5 and 6 of Emerald City Knights?

Do you want to say that Green Ronin could leave unfinished the saga?

I'm saying be patient. They've got a fair amount on their plate, getting DC Heroes & Villains 2 printed, at least 2 more books and one box set on the way this year (not to mention the "October Surprise"), plus the weekly Power Profile series.

Ok. What I see is that everywhere there's big shortage of superheroes' adventures. Ok, there are several plots, hundred, thousands of pregenerated plots but not complete adventures, that are very useful (a salvation!) for everyone who lacks free time to write them. I want to pay for this service but it's impossible to find this type of product, nor in other publishing houses (Champions, BASH!, etc.). Well ok, there's ICONS but its adventures are too childish.

As many of the GR guys will tell you, while they would LOVE to write more adventures, they don't usually sell as well as other products. Now, combine that with a niche corner of an already niche market, and one can certainly understand why ECK is a bit of a lower priority than other products.
