Shazam New 52 Build guide or Template

I want to build a Shazam/Captain Marvel for a PL 10 game, but instead of the Greek pantheon I'm going to use my native Philippine pantheon. Is there an existing Shazam/CM build I could use as a template? Any hep would be appreciated.

There is a Captain Marvel in the DCA Handbook, but he is PL15. You could just use that and trim down.

Alternatively, there are a lot of builds for him in the Roll Call section, and legend has a few threads that are specifically for PL10 playable conversions of DC and Marvel characters with currently over a hundred from each publisher.
