Pg 183 Steppenwolf: His stamina (10) plus Godlike Endurance (Protection 3) add up to 13 Toughness. The stat block shows 14.

Since it's an area attack, it means it doesn't have a To Hit. So the combination of the To Hit plus Power Ranks equals 20 / 2 so it only comes to PL 10 for the power. If he had a +20 to hit and a Power Rank of 20, than he would be offensively at PL 20, just as if the Power Rank was 20 and the To Hit was 10 it would make him a PL 15.

Incorrect, it states that any attack which doesn't have to hit, like an Area Attack or Perception Range attack, is capped at PL.

Well I looked it up and you're right. Could always say that Superboy-Prime IS PL 20, he has enough points for it.

On Pages 56 and 69, the names of the H-Dialers of Fairfax were mixed up: Chris Grant and Vicki King when it should have been Vicki Grant and Chris King. Also, Iron Munro hails from Indian Creek, not Indian Park.

Psistrike is right... See page 25 of the DCA Hero's Handbook and the Attack & Effect section specifically for the rules on how attacks with no attack check but an effect DC are limited by Power Level.

That said, Psilich was still wrong. The Move Object power in question doesn't trigger a Resistance check so is not limited by PL. it's fine for Superboy-Prime to be at PL 16 and that to be a rank 20 power.

That is correct, it is not Damaging (or another form of Attack Power, like Affliction) and so would not require the cap. Thanks Phil.

There are also a number of teams missing from the fictional sports teams list, according to Mayfair's Atlas:

National Baseball League:
Metropolis Meteors (Monarchs are American League)
Midway City Chiefs

National Football Conference
Gotham Wildcats (Goliaths are American Conference)
Star City Stags

American Football Conference
Central City Cougars
Coast City Sharks

Eastern Basketball Conference
Metropolis Generals
Midway Sprints

Western Basketball Conference
Keystone Kings
Dos Rios Dudes

Wales Hockey Conference
Metropolis Mammoths

Also, Pages 74 & 176 of Bruce Nash's 1978 Superman Quiz Book identified the Majestics as a Metropolis baseball team, at least Pre-Crisis.

Apparently, in the hard copy version, Indian Creek has been fixed, as have the names of the H-dialers of Fairfax in the Fairfax entry on page 56, but not the same names in the sidebar for the H-dials on page 69.
