[Red Mamba]

The Errata for Lex Luthor states his Warsuit raises him to PL 18. In fact it only raises him to PL 15: 14 Attack, 16 Damage Blaster, 12 Attack, 16 Damage Strength, 10 Dodge, 16 Toughness. At best that makes him only PL 15.

The Damage 16 effect has Accurate 3, for another +6 bonus.

Dex 3 + Enhanced Ranged Combat: Blasters 11 + Accurate 3 means he has a +20 attack bonus with his Damage 16 effect.

I believe you math is wrong there. He has 3 Dex, +6 from Accurate Blasters, and +5 from Enhanced Ranged Combat: Blasters for a total of +14. The Errata forgot to include the fact that they lowered his Enhanced Ranged Combat: Blasters to +5.
