The Black Ops Agent is 12 points over. His combat costs 48, not 38, and their listed values would add up to 152, not 150. Insane amounts of skills... His knockback is -4, not -5. The variants check out, although the Morph one comes in a point low using Core rules.

The Claw lacks a sense type for his Tracking

The Cursed Mystic, as noted in the other thread has Affects Insubstantial and Limited to Magical Creatures listed twice after his device, but no actual powers listed. Based on the two attacks listed, I've built it thus far as the following, which comes out almost perfectly for Device 5:
Corrosion 10 [Affects Insubstantial 2 (double cost due to inherent linked power)] [24 pp]
..AP: Blast 10 [Affects Insubstantial 2] [1 pp]
Note that there's no Limit in there... maybe they had some other stuff in there.
His power total is 52, not 51
If he spent the ranks listed, he comes out with the right point total, but his Intimidate bonus should be +13, Investigate and Knowledge (Arcane) +7, and Search +7. Looks like Intimidate just got messed up and the other three used his Wisdom bonus instead of Intelligence.
He comes out at 151 points due to the error in his powers. His initiative bonus is +2, not +3.

The Cyborg's powers cost 96, not 86 and he lacks a sense for his Danger Sense.

The Demon of Vengeance lacks a sense for his tracking and a means by which he can be prevented for his Normal Identity. Also, as noted in the other thread:

The Ninja has a bow that costs 9 ep despite a superior bow being available in the core books for 8 ep (although I think the 8 ep gives more bang for the buck than it ought to). Also, her Survival bonus should be +5 and her Swim +3. Her perform lacks a type. And the feat to stack strike on weapons is a bit sketchy... Lastly, while they charged the right number of points for it, Danger Sense is only Super-Senses 1.

Oy... the Vampiric Avenger has 48 points of abilities, not 28, and 12 points of feats, not 11. So he's just 21 pp over. He's also over caps because his toughness save between Constitution and Protection is +13, not +8. And that's before we get into his Favored Environment feat which means he's also got bonuses to defense and attack to drive him over caps along with the Sneak Attack damage.

The Vigilante comes out mostly right, except for his equipment costing 44 EP, not 39 (The sniper rifle costs 13 EP before adding two attachments for 1 EP each, resulting in a total of 15 EP, not 12, and the knife costs 4 EP, not 2), leaving him only one more EP of additional equipment, not six. Also, his damage totals seem to assume that, like the Ninja, Strike stacks with weapons, even though this time, there wasn't even a feat to justify it.

For the Assassin:
Based on points spent, Bluff is +11, not +12 total as in the book. Also, he has 32 points of powers, not 33. Initiative works out to +8, not +12. Lastly, depending on how you handle Throwing Mastery, his thrown knives damage might come out to +12. Either way, his Sneak Attack damage peaks at +12 for the knives, meaning that he's easily PL 12. +17 damage and and PL 15 if those stack.

For the Crime Boss:
Build as listed comes out to 31 pp for skills and 121 skill points. However, only 4 languages are listed. Secondly, the bonuses on his knowledge come out as +14, not +13 for points spent.

Also, the other errata thread does have a clarification from the creator of the Cursed Mystic on how the sword is constructed.

Cult Leader:
Feats cost 69, not 64. Probably due to the cost of Fanatical on Minions. Emotion Control doesn't have a Conscious Extra. Hypnosis is already Sense-Dependent. Magic should be 13. Glamour is at half Magic ranks. Lastly, the math in the summary is bogus. The values they provide add up to 365, not 355.

Magic Killer:
Skills and Saving throw are a bit messed up for the ability scores. The saving throws are 12, not 13 for the current abilitiy scores. Skills assume a +3 Wisdom bonus (except for Concentration which assumes +4) and a +4 Intelligence bonus.
Need to pick sense type for Tracking

Mercenary:
Skills come out to 32 pp, not 31. Bluff only has a +1 Charisma bonus, not +4 and Profession has a +1 bonus not +2. Thus, there's an extra pp of skills to achieve the totals listed.
Need to define sense type for Communication.
The powers cost 66, not 54. I suspect they didn't count the Device.

Metahuman Dictator:
Skills cost 30 for 118 skill points, not 29 for 116. Oddly enough, the skills values say that there's 12 skill points in profession when they only need to spend 10 to get the listed bonus of +17.
Deflect type not listed, but assuming all ranged attacks and mental attacks.
Powers come out to 107 pp, not 108.

Psycho:
There are 84 skill points for 21 pp, not 76 for 19 pp.
Immunity is 14, not 24. I suspect they charged for Ballistic and Piercing Type instead of Ballistic and Piercing Damage.
Need to define Perform type

Supernatural Menace:
Need to specify Dimensional Travel destination
Powers cost 102, not 93. Flight 10 is 10,000 MPH, not 1,000 MPH.

Mutant Gang Member:
5 ep of unlisted equipment and Saves cost 2 instead of 3.

Mobster:
Saving throws cost 5, not 6.

Psychologist/Psychiatrist:
There's 46 points of skills. Medicine takes Wisdom, not Intelligence

Retired Super-Heroine:
She has 12 pp of skills, not 13. Saves are 4 pp, not 5.

Luke Bonham:
21 pp of feats, not 23. 17 pp of Saves, not 18.

Harry Powers:
With a strength bonus of +2, He'd have a Swim of 6 with 4 points spent as noted.

^_^ More errata found while importing the chracters into Hero Lab.

Archer:
--24 pp of skills, not 25.
--Ricochet Attack doesn't exist as a feat in Core but is fairly easy to handle.

Bruiser:
--Intimidate gets a size bonus and Medicine gets the Wisdom bonus, not Intelligence. The skill ranks can be adjusted to get the correct totals at the same level of pp.
--Powers cost 33, not 32. Suspect they didn't factor in the innate.

El Gato:
--The toughness bonus listing suggests that there's a conditional +1, so I added Defensive Roll which would take her one over on her feats.
--Need to specify how the transformation can be prevented.

Kismet:
--She has 35 points of equipment, not 30. The feats total comes out fine, though.
--Technically speaking, she's got one more point of the Luck feat than she should for a PL 9.
--Her Quick Draw specifies Reload as the type. RAW, Quick Draw allows either a free reload or a free draw each turn. You don't have to specify which at time of creation.

Nightrage:
--Bonus on Perform is +4, not +2, so his skill totals are higher.
--And while it's not an actual errata, Drain 1 on Constitution without any kind of Slow Fade is a bit silly because that one point comes back almost immediately.

Evening:
--Powers cost 37, not 31. Suspect they didn't count Visual as two senses.
--She has 115 skill points, not 108.

Silverback:
--Climb bonus total is 10, not 9. With a Wisdom Bonus of +3, the Notince total is 10, not 9. Intimidate total is 12, not 10.
-- Ability total is 27, not 39. Combat total is 36, not 32. Also, the values for Resist Knockback and grapple are off. Among other things, I don't think they applied the growth bonuses.

Subject 9:
-- 63 points of power, not 67. Abilities cost 29, not 28.

Verman:
-- Needs a super-speed array power.

Insurgent:
--Concentration total is 10, not 12.

Flag-Burner:
--Knockback resistance is off. Toughness is rounded down when halved.

Armorine:
--Combat costs 30, not 36.

Little Hawk:
--Saves cost 12, not 13.
--Knockback is +1, not -3 (they probably forgot to add the size modifier).

S.D. Ivan
--Point summary included a 2-pp drawback, but didn't list what it was. Probably a vulnerability to heat and fire. Common/Minor.
--Resist Knockback is -4, not -5. Half toughness and round down.

Slam Dance
----For Survival, Duplication needs to be at 8, which would put him at 70 in Powers, not 56.
