The Living Weapon has the Diehard feat twice- once as a normal feat, and a second time as a power feat for Regeneration. It also appears to be 4 points under if it only has Diehard as a normal feat.

As pointed out by Bill from Accounting, the default Speedster's Rapid Fire is using the UP rules for determining damage (generally, the supplements only use Core rules) and his Rapid Attack should be using his strength damage for a damage bonus of +1 over a 45 foot radius rather than the listed damage of +9.
