In UP the master powers chart doesn't show the type of effect, was that column taken out for space reasons?

A 12-foot I-beam (pg. 171) probably weighs more than 50 pounds.

Edit: Since I got a partial answer on these, I'm editing this to reflect that.

Acid: Cost should be 2/rank, not 3.

Reflex Memory: From the description, this seems like a Perception range mimic-style power, but its listed as Personal.

The Alternate Power for Probability Control, Deflect, appears to have had its cost incorrectly calculated as 4pp/rank and not 5pp/rank, as implied by the text, which grants Deflect at a rank equal to Probability Control.

Correct construction appears to be:

Deflect (all projectiles, 3pp/rank; Extra: Action [Free; +2]; 5pp/rank)

Very minor but...

For the Attack extra (pg. 98), the fifth sentence of the second paragraph:

"Its ranged can be improved with the Range extra."

Maybe that should read:

"Its range can be improved with the Range extra."

Like I said, very minor, but since similar changes were listed for the main rulebook in the Mastermind's Manual, I thought I'd say something.

pg. 112

"So a Container that holds a Damage, Flight, and Protection effect, for example, has an action of free or none, by its effects still require standard, move, and none actions, respectively, to use."

I think that's a typo. Might be wrong.

When I looked up the quote online, I found it credited to both Lehman and Lennon.

Or, as I just found on Lehman's website, perhaps neither...

"Power corrupts; absolute power is really neat!" So joked Donald Regan, President Reagan's all-powerful chief of staff. The 1987 Gridiron Dinner audience roared with laughter because they knew it was true. So, too, did the classically educated gentlemen who wrote the U.S. Constitution. They knew also that Lord Acton's pre-Regan aphorism "Absolute power corrupts absolutely"was equally true. Franklin, Madison, Jefferson, Hamilton and their fellow drafters of the American Constitution disagreed on many things, but all agreed that there should be no absolute seat of power in the new government..."

I think probably I've found another one: the Radio sense is listed as being ranged, radius and accurate by default; I'm betting the last is supposed to be acute rather than accurate.

Under Noticing Power Effects (p.17), it states "If a passive effect's duration is changed, it becomes noticeable, unless the Subtle power feat is applied."

Shouldn't it be, "If a passive effect's duration is changed to sustained, it ...etc."? Going by the definition of a passive effect [action = none or reaction, and duration = continuous or permanent], changing the duration from permanent to continuous should allow it to maintain its unnoticeable status.

pg. 82, Super-Senses, second paragraph reads:
Like all sensory effects, Super-Senses uses the sense types
described on page 68 as descriptors.

Sensory descriptors are listed on page 24 of UP, not page 68. (They're on pg.68 of the core M&M 2E book.)
