On page 43, la Renard Rogue (the Rogue Fox) is called "The Crimson Cat".

On pages 77 (its real small) and 111 where the insignia is bigger, the Liberty League's insignia on the base has the fancy initials "FL" instead of "LL"

I have to add, I think the Patriot's costume might need to be re-thought as the color scheme and even the star on the right -side of his chest is exactly like Marvel Comics Patriot.

Comics seems to be the alone average wherein the publishing aggregation somehow purchases the rights to all characters, ideas, and belief independent aural a -/strip if they lay down the cash. Any added average and it's 'first time consecutive rights, and aboriginal cyberbanking rights' that the publishing annual purchases, not rights in perpetuity.

Well done. Using only English words, you managed to say something with an information content of near zero

John Roy wrote:
Okay, did a little digging and math and came up with the following for Golden Age Centurion, but it's sketchy -

His damage bonus is + 15, so his strength is 40
I used the small seeming numbers in his Freedom City Bio as is, so he gets Dex 13, Int 13, Wis 14, Cha 15
The G.A. bio says he has 73 ponts in Ability Scores so this leaves a Con of 28.

He then gets 9 points in Saves that I guess I can add at my discretion. Does my methodology seem correct? I'm new to the game and may have screwed up.

Just tried this myself... and with a total con of 38 and 3 points in each of the saves the stats match that points listed in the book. That'll do!

Terribly minor, but under the variations for the Masked Adventurer, there are suggestions for the Masked Adventurer with Sidekick or Masked Adventurer with Cool Car. Nice ideas, but they suggest replacing Device 7 (21 pp) with Sidekick 7 (7 pp) or Equipment 7 (7 pp). Not terribly equivalent...

Any chance someone has updated Centurion stats for this? I was looking through it last night to prepare a possible FC-related campaign city and see that I must have the older version with the incorrect state block. I thought I'd post here before asking the Green Ronin people; it's been years and I have no idea of they even have a record of my original PDF purchase of Golden Age...

As far as I know, there was never an official explanation. I believe I went with John Roy's numbers when I last used Centurion for a game. If you'd like, I can post what I wound up with after plugging it all into HeroLab.

I'd certainly love to see what you come up with, Fuzzy.

^_^ My only difference was in the allocation of the saves. Rather than the suggest +3 to each, I took a cue from his Freedom City writeup, I didn't allocate any points to Fortitude, and I gave +4 to Reflex and +5 to Will so that his Fortitude save matched his Toughness. Here's his statblock so that you have it all onhand:

Centurion

Power Level: 12; Power Points Spent: 178

STR: +15 (40), DEX: +1 (13), CON: +14 (38), INT: +1 (13), WIS: +2 (14), CHA: +2 (15)

Tough: +14, Fort: +14, Ref: +5, Will: +7

Skills: Concentration 4 (+6), Diplomacy 4 (+6), Intimidate 6 (+8), Knowledge (civics) 4 (+5), Knowledge (history) 5 (+6), Language 1 (+1), Notice 4 (+6), Sense Motive 8 (+10)

Feats: All-Out Attack, Attack Focus (melee) 2, Improved Initiative, Power Attack, Ultimate Effort (Choose Action)

Powers:
Immunity 8 (aging, condition: Heat, condition: Cold, condition: Radiation, condition: Pressure, disease, poison, starvation & thirst)
Impervious Toughness 10
Leaping 8 (Jumping distance: x500)
Speed 4 (Speed: 100 mph, 880 ft./rnd)
Super-Senses 3 (extended: Vision 1 (-1 per 100 ft), low-light vision, ultra-hearing)
Super-Strength 8 (+40 STR carry capacity, heavy load: 819.2 tons; +8 STR to some checks)

Attack Bonus: +7 (Ranged: +7, Melee: +9, Grapple: +24/+32)

Attacks: Unarmed Attack, +9 (DC 30)

Defense: +9 (Flat-footed: +5), Knockback: -12

Initiative: +5

Languages: English, Latin

Totals: Abilities 73 + Skills 9 (36 ranks) + Feats 6 + Powers 49 + Combat 32 + Saves 9 + Drawbacks 0 = 178

Actually, looking back on it, I think I also took his odd ability scores and moved the points into his Will and Reflex saves (Adding 2 to Will and 1 to Reflex) because I don't do odd ability scores and that brings his saves up to the PL - 2 average.
