Point HH, but that's just in this sandbox that I share with all those who play in my setting.

Someone else could have a very different opinion on that matter however.

And when I play in their Freedom City setting, I'll be paying attention to their two cents. At the moment though...you got the super cents-es that is important. :P

Sally's sheet is updated.

Also finally answered a question I've been wondering about- making her a construct really isn't points feasible. Odd set of rules there.

Well, you could ask T-man if you could redesign her to make her more efficient pointwise and if it makes sense for her to be a living creature (of sorts) instead of a construct.

The construct or not was the major question and constructs are just weird. I'm really happy otherwise though being more plot effective is always nice. I realize that I'm running into some risks of threat level, making something hit her hard enough to matter is potentially disastrous for other characters.

other factors:
Regeneration vs healing limited to self- mostly just flavor text.
Impervious- still haven't figured out when this is useful, regardless of rule set.

Regeneration is automatic. Healing requires a standard action.

It's only useful for feeling like a bad ass when dealing with low powered minions. Otherwise it's mostly just flavor text in most adventures.

Impervious at least to me makes great sense on Sally.

Shes animated nano-goo surrounded effectively by a shell of metal and animated junk.

I literaly cannot see bullets clubs knives and anything shy of a tank cannon or an Anti-tank missile hurting her.

though funny enough I can see he rbeing affected by various fort based attacks tasers and the like effecting the nanogoo.

Impervious really plays into that fluff image of sally wading through small arms fire while simultaneously trying to convince the bad guys to lay down their arms so they can talk about nice things

That is such an awesome (and appropriate) image.

Sally pouts as the rocket flames go out, "Please do not play these games and use such language. Let's talk about better things as panda bears and the way sunlight scatters in a rainy sky." frowns a bit more as bullets skitter off of her. "Be nice."

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Sally is hardly invincible and her saves aren't really that much more impressive than any other characters'. Yes, she's tough, but as far as characters go, she's hardly broken.

So I bumped up Tony's Insight & Perception by 1 each, and gave him another rank in both Defensive Roll and Ranged Attack, no big changes.

Do we have time to put together an invention or is that pushing it too much? And would such a thing be feasible?

It would be possible to build but there isn't enough time before the big attack is going to happen.

To borrow the old Marvel FASERIP terminology Eva could probably Kit Bash something fast especially with Liz, Avatar, Steel Commando, and Otakuman helping.

like the prior device it pretty well comes down to what we want to put together. Even if its something as simple as a dimensional phase disruptor.

I believe they call it "Jerry-Rigging" in M&M.

It's a little early, but this weekend is going to be busy.

Have some birthday cupcakes! :)
