I'm hoping you mean November 3rd, else you're recruiting backwards in time...?

Ooooh...Warriors and Warlocks is acceptable...Great, I have some ideas for an elven wizard/sorcerer with the perfect aim feat. That and add telekinesis to his list, and you have a pretty versatile spell caster. Then lather, rinse and repeat to fill in array with useful goodies. Also, is the Masterminds Manual available? I have a hankering for the Wide array found within, to allow my defensive Force Field spell and my offensive Telekinesis spell to stay up at once. I figure that it's weird to have two powers that are both considered 'magical spells' to be different powers, and the wide array allows me to have both in the same array, and up at the same time, which gives the feel of both of them having the same source.

Magic. Steampunk. Bah. Crom laughs at your toys.

Yep, that's right, I'm going straight tough-as-nails, gimmie-a-sword-and-I'll-take-out-the-army barbarian. Just beginning to sort out if I'm going 'overwhelming power', 'savage combat', or 'battle prowess' builds. :)

(Oh, and while obviously Crom isn't who I'll be following, Xero, how do you feel about an 'outlander' from another society?)

That depends on the society your character is from, Ivan.

Also, looks good on my end at a glance, Kenma.

I was thinking proto-celtic. Not so much that they'd have strange powers or anything, just that they might be darker-haired and be considered simply an 'outsider' to the culture. Better for the 'barbarian' angle.

Would a paladin-type character work here as well?

Ivan, the proto-Celtic would work since the world world is essentially normal Earth, but the area of where the Vikings have been. So, basically, from Kiev to Newfoundland.

Ecar, a paladin will work if your blade has some magical effect to it. Like I said many times, reference the alphabet I posted earlier for magic ideas. Just make it reasonable.

Those of you who have put in an interest, do you want to still play this? There has not been any activity here for a while and I was wondering if you still want this to go through. If you have no interest in this anymore, I will close up shop on this campaign. If you have shown interest in this and have not posted a character, please do so this week so I can finish up on the main story.

Besides, only having two characters doesn't sound like alot of fun to me personally.

I'm still quite interested- just been very, very busy, and now quite ill as well. Also trying to decide what 'flavor' of barbarian to make. I'll take a shot at character creation some time in the next 24 hours, promise!
