Kara
HP:1
Status: a little dirty

Kara looked at the carnage that she caused, it was not as bad as she had feared, & Jenna helped out. Perhaps this roomate thing would work out. Kara held out her fist to Jenna to bump as she smiled upon their workings.

Bestiary/ Matter Shifter

The food fight continues around you. It seems that one table working together is pretty effectively creaming everybody else but your table is also doing well, and almost the entire cafeteria was hit by Kara and her roommates stunt.

Another Reflex, DC 16

Cutting Edge

This hallway intersects with another about 20 feet up, the sound came from somewhere down that one.

Zee

The sound came from a hallway connected to this one a little ways down.

Nightingale

The bird looks at you for a second, whistles, and flies off to outside of a nearby hallway at the same hight.

Kara

Jenna returns the bump and charges some more large bits flying around the cafeteria.

Reflex save DC 16 for you as well

Bestiary
HP: 1
Reflex: 1d20+8=23

Bestiary doesn't even need to look up from eating, simply leaning slightly every time a plate or a glop comes flying past.

Cutting Edge

Toshi moved quickly towards the noise in the other hall.

Zee

...continues to the connected hallway or at least until she can see what's going on. She thinks along the way, Lassie birds and crashes in the hallway, probably dopey kids like us using their powers to get free snacks out of the vending machine and see who's willing to jump out windows. I'll probably be gluing every door in the building closed in under a minute by the end of the year.

Cutting Edge/ Zee

From opposite ends of the hallway you see a shadowy figure climbing into a hole in the ceiling.

Nightingale
HP 5

Not too far from the direction Zee ran. "Please, stay right there. I'll be with you in a second." It occurred to Julie that in any "normal" circumstances, what they were doing would have looked completely foolish. She laughed quietly.

Cutting Edge

Toshi rushes under the whole. "You there, what are you doing?"

Zee
HP: 1

Zee steps back into the normal flow of time and waves to the boy from her group from the morning. He was wearing potatoes and a sword. Maybe she was supposed to be wearing coleslaw?
She looks up at the hole in the ceiling. This can't be right. I mean, sure, super-powers and all but I'm pretty sure that someone would get ticked off about knocking holes in the ceiling and crawling through the framework of the building.

While she's contemplating wearing food and what school policy was on destruction of property the boy had sprung into action.

Zee scurries down the hall to help. "I'm pretty sure that can't be good for the building."

Cutting Edge, Zee, Nightingale(?)

The hole leads into an oddly large ventilation shaft and the shadow figure is gone.

Kara, Bestiary, Matter Shifter

The food fight has mostly ended, with only a few stray pieces still flying. The teachers and lunch staff do not seem to bothered by it and already food is disappearing from the floor and walls, though all you see is the occasional blur.

Matter-Shifter
HP: 1
Condition: ... splattered

Oliver felt every small piece of food hit against his body. Only managing to stop getting hit as he tried ducking behind one of the nearby tables. Well, he had to admit that this place wasn't going to get boring. Though to some extent he would have much rather preferred boring. Oliver rose up as the ringing din of flying foodstuffs subsided a little, giving him that much more courage to stand up onto his feet. He looked straight up into the ceiling for a moment, released a sigh, and closed his eyes before returning his features back to his normal stoic expression. "You know what...I think I'm not that hungry anymore." He said his hands running up to his chest trying to swipe some of the food from his clothes.

Zee

Zee looks at the boy from earlier. "What was that? And why do we have conveniently oversized ventilation systems? Should we go after whoever that was or am I getting all worked up over another every day run of the mill transforming horse?"

A quick investigation of the vents show that they go rather far, perhaps through the entire school. Why they are so big and who you saw escape into them you can not tell. The rest of the evening and weekend pass without much incident and you wake up, ready for classes to begin at nearby Sunshine City High and, when you return, your first Combat Class session.

everybody gets 1 pp for the first adventure

It takes three busses to drop off all of the students at the high school. The school is already bustling, with students and teachers milling about, groundskeepers mowing the fields and trimming the hedges, and other such school type things. The school itself is two stories tall in roughly a U shape.

Bestiary
HP: 1

Bestiary wasn't in a great mood. Already she'd been pulled aside that morning by some over-worried Ranch faculty to make sure she could stick to her cover identity. Evidently her father had scared them with stories of her recklessness or whatever he was calling it that day.

And she really didn't want to be: this was what she came here for. This was the Outside World.
