Starrware Tower - Nordic ParadigmIt must have seemed almost comical.
Three seemingly powerful looking beings, one of which an Augment, and they were falling like tenpins. As Skulld twitched from her prone position though, Lincoln continued to cause the temperature to drop. Even through the protections of your Dimensional Anchors, you were beginning to feel the cold.

Spider lets loose with his webbing, determined to make a better show of things than with his efforts to remove Skulld's staff. He snares the woman even as he makes a witty comment, the woman's staff clattering to the ground as her arms are pinned to her sides.
Rebis moves to tackle the remaining threat, hir ploy actually more successful than sie might have expected. Lincoln is a rather easy target, her dazedness making her reaction time slow. Whereas Stone's energy attack had no effect before, Rebis finds that s/he has far more effect than s/he might have expected - Lincoln screams in pain as her cold is leached away. The room instantly feels at least three degrees warmer, but that could be psychological...
Cythonna fixes Spider with a look that could, well, freeze water... Taking advantage of the moment, Stone steps in and hammers on the green-clad woman. His might fists driving into her armour and it cracks and splinters in multiple places, the effects obvious as her icy beauty is cracked with expressions of pain.
"Tropelet." She says, and the last thing any of you see of Cythonna is her sneer of contempt... followed by a bemused smile towards Spider. There is a popping sound, and the horn-helmed would be invader is gone - web snare, cracked armor and all.
Karen had paused a little, trying to clear the static from the signal when Kent's voice came in clearly.
"Whatever you are doing keep it up! The shield is restabalizing. We might even make it home for lunch on this one!Rogers efforts, undaunted by the strength and resolve displayed toward his last attack, moved in tandem with Rebis, perhaps augmenting the latter's attack. In any event, the two pronged attack was more than successful. The confusion gone from her eyes, she staggers back from the force of the two pronged attack and falls to her knees. Lincoln finds herself snared by Amazon's coil. She makes a half hearted attempt to struggle, grasping at the coil. The device goes deathly cold in the patriotic hero's grip but she ignores it.
A new greenclad individual, panting heavily, enters the scene. He's making no effort to attack, survey or join in the fight. He seems to be trying to catch his breath and regain his composure. There are traces of nordic influence on his clothing.
