whatever it is, this is Al's business not ours. He will tell us if he feels he needs to Sara thinks to herself before heading back a bit up the trail and starting back down, making as much noise as possible, even talking to herself if no one follows her example.

Alister offered no explination when face with curious looks. Instead he shot the group a 'mind your own buisness' glare to curtail any voiced questions. He didn't pause, or wait to hear what the teachers would say if left to their own arugment. Instead Alister walked right into camp and gave the older woman an look that told anyone who saw it; he wasn't apreciative of her attempt to defend or protect him.

"That's enough Ms. Itou."

The youth's voice was firm, hinting that negotiation would be wasted. A glance was given to the other teacher present, then he brought up his left arm and looked to the watch on his wrist.

"Its been about two hour. You had some conest planned, right?"

Henry couldn't stop himself from looking at Alister and catching all the looks. He didn't know what was going on, but clearly there was more to this kid than could meet the eye. The link between Alister and Mr. Saotome leaving wasn't quite connected yet, but the road was under heavy construction.

Not sure what to say, Henry followed the group and waited for the teachers to get back to the competition.

Ms. Itou's face flushed red as she realized the students had returned. Alister had changed the subject to the competition, so she didn't have to explain. The majority of the students remained quiet, not questioning what they had heard. Surprisingly respectful for a bunch of teenagers.

The group took turns showing off what they had found, captured, or taken photos of. In the end they had won in different ways. Alister's Team had captured the most Pokemon, Sara's team had photographed the most wild pokemon, Reuben had found the most varieties of berries, herbs, and roots, and Henry's team had the most well rounded finds, having a large amount of all three.

In the end, Mr. Saotome transfered to all of the students 2000 credits, and awarded each student with an evaloution stone of their choice.

The rest of the day, the students learned how to craft potions, status cures, and other survival items.

It is now night time, around dinner time. Feel free to role play for a bit, question those around you, what ever you want, if I find the role play lagging at any moment, I will move the group along to the next big event.

The day is almost over, and players will recieve their HP, and PP rewards when this part is done.

Sara was chagrined that most of the photos for which her team won she was cowering in the water and surely someone noticed her jump a bit when the scyther was released to show off. This new fear was something she would have tocome learn to live with, but that might take a while. Instead of sitting with the other girls, as she would usually at dinner, she sat by herself, reading near the tents. The cover looked interesting, A female pirate and her poliwhirl partner aboard her ship chasing an albino dragonair across the sky.

It had been a tiring day for Reuben but despite feeling like a disaster magnet, he was proud of himself. Managed to heal and catch a new pokemon, got Kaouru's Growlithe to calm down temporarily, and managed to scare off an attacking Ekans. He almost felt brave. The thoughts of bravery made him think of others who were bold and brash. Apparently whatever caused Mr. Saotome to quit involved Alister. That kid had to either be brilliant or foolish with whatever he was up to. Reuben couldn't really tell which one considering he had been fooling around with a Teddiursa which could be incredibly dangerous and...

"...sigh." Reuben had to stop himself. He was doing the same thing so many others did to him by judging someone without even knowing them. Maybe Alister was actually a nice guy. Not particularly friendly perhaps but no need to assume the worst. Maybe someone else had a little info on him. He could talk to Henry later since they shared a tent so it was probably best to try to find a quiet moment to talk with Ryoko. Maybe she had gotten some information from her sister about this whole situation. Even if not, he wanted to see how her week had went since he kept to himself the day before.

Attempting a little info gathering though I don't think she knows anything yet.

Also, do any of our pokemon get PP for their battles?

After the lesson in crafting useful items from wilderness materials Alister settled down by the fire and ate dinner with a broodng furrow of the brow. Dark unwelcoming eyes scrutinized any other student who settled down at the fire. When he had finished eating dinner, and set his dishes aside, Alister spoke to those nearby.

"Most of you hang with one or two friends. What do you do when a group like the Sivipers decides they want to bring trouble your way, fight? There are a lot more of them, and they won't mind ganging up on you."

Alister made a point of looking around at the camp. Or rather the people in it.

"Keep this together. The club is history, but that doesn't mean the group has to disolve. It just needs to change. To become something different."

Sara looks up from where she is sitting and says, "Like what? The Justice League? Us waring with the 'vipers could put everyone we know into danger. They have a LOT more people than we do, what do we do when they team up 10 of them against, say, five of us who happen to be able to stick together most of the time? We beat them they send twenty next time. If they begin to view us as a threat to their image it could get very bad for us. They seem to have most of the school in their pockets so the 10(?) Of us against 100 or more if we get really annoying? I see this becoming very bad for us."

Reuben listened to the proposal and counter with concern. Both seemed to have valid points that would need to be taken into account in this situation. Sarah seemed taken aback by the situation but Reuben already had more experience than he cared for in being outnumbered.

"Run silent." Reuben paused for a second as he worked up the courage to continue. "Just because we're standing up to them, doesn't mean we need to broadcast it to the world. Watching each other's backs and keeping in the loop do a lot on their own. I...I guess information is the end goal. We need to find out who's in charge because a bunch of kids can't have this much power on their own. No clue how to do that though. Besides...I've got a pretty good hunch that Henry and I are already potential targets." Reuben lets out a heavy sigh and shakes his head. "I came here for things to get better, not worse..."

"Yah, you and Henry probably are big targets. People like you, that means you guys have a lot of influence. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to recruit you, and when you refuse that will create big problems. Either way you go things will get bad. How are you guys going to be stealthy when you are already two of the most recognizable underclassmen?"

Henry was taken aback by the proclamation of his and Rueben's fame. He hadn't realized that they were that popular.

"Perhaps the best place to hide is in plane sight," Henry offered. "I think something is definitely wrong with this group and I'm not sure we are prepared to deal with it. But I would also like to have and help provide protection from them."

Alister didn't rise to arguing or debate. He let the others do the others do that. More importantly, he was gauging reactions to what he had said. The people who spoke up were studied with those dark eyes of his. After it seemed like everyone who was going to had contributed to the discussion Alister spoke up again, his right hand raising to the assembled teens.

"Mutual protection isn't the only reason to keep this group together. We have some of the most talented trainers in the school right here. We don't need an adult to learn new things. Everytime one of us learns something new they can share it with the others. That way we can learn from each other. There are even more reasons, if you take the time to think on it."

The class representative listened to Alister and processed what he was suggesing. "Would this be secret? Would we meet in quitet hours or sit at lunch together? Do we want to act like we've disbanded when we get back to school?" Henry was putting the pieces together. At least some of them. "Is that why Mr. Saotame is leaving? So they don't think the group is serious?" If he was going to be part of a cover or pretending that something wasn't happening that was, Henry wanted to know.

"Another important question, who will take over Mr. Saotome's classes and how will we explain his sudden disappearance? We all need to know what to say if someone asks." Sara leans back against a rock "man, I am getting a lot of compliments that just keep complicating things recently. The girls and I had an incident because some guys think of us as the... well, hottest, girls in our year, and now we are some of the most talented too? Feels like a giant target has been painted on our backs."

"Is that why Mr. Saotame is leaving? So they don't think the group is serious?"

Alister's brow furrowed as the two teens started assuming some conspiracy was afoot. Raising one hand he made a chopping motion, as if to physically cut anyone else off from joining in on the wild speculation. Looking between Sara and Henry he spoke to them with a mild rebuke to his tone.

"Hold it right there. Mr. Saotome's reason for leaving is his business. Who replaces him is the school's. Don't worry about that."

After warning the two conspiracy theorists off Alister lowered his hand looked around the group as he went on.

"As for meeting in secret or in the open; people are going to figure that you're part of a group if the same people routinely assist one another. There is no use fighting that."
