That...didn't quite come out right. The thought process was that since Farfetch'd carries a leek, presenting it with another stick would "make sense". I was writing it from a neutral or fail perspective but I rolled afterwards and should have reworded it once I saw I got a decent roll. The sugar thing was because Reuben has a certain amount of When All You Have Is a Hammer to most things as far as cooking and problem solving. It's late now but I'll try to rewrite that tomorrow after work.

Pokemon can be traded for other things too, I hope. Plus we get credits for captures. (I'm thinking the next time we need something from the Garden Club I've got that happy little bulbasaur in reserve.)

Also, since school has technically just started, I'm trying to slow down the team advancement I've made so far. Don't want to fill all the positions too soon. Which, combined with time, is probably while we'll skip the onix for anything other than pictures on this trip. Though if it were several levels higher than us, I think it would be a fun "boss" battle for the four of us players. Like a PL 8 or 9 vs us as a final 'test' of the weekend. just an idea since we've not done much together yet...

I do think somewhere around 3-4 pokemon we should be good for a while as far as catching them. That should be a good variety while still being able to get more later in the school year. That said, I do think the ways you've come up with for us to meet/earn them has been good.

I know I am suppose to post right now, but for some stupid reason I am feeling really depressed today and I have no good reason to be. As such I am having a hard time getting in character.

Instead I plan to go to bed early tonight(it's only 8 pm here) and get up early, hopefully bright eyed and bushy tailed, and ready to post up a storm
