That explains the lack of posts... well, when you can, Comrade.

Happy now?

Yeah, it was annoying because - due to the elevation - it's dark here by 7. Everything pretty much closes but I have no efficient way of typing...

Ok, the management here addressed some of our concerns, so instead of switching hotels, I got a post up during breakfast. I still will need a new keyboard dock before posts will be quick, so Fell will have to wait a little bit. Sorry for activity being slow; I didn't anticipate so many problems and I am technically on vacation for these few days so hopefully everyone is understanding.

No problem with understanding...I just hope the game will survive it.

Neo-P, Oh, don't be like that...

Yeah, there's just one of me, and there's not a lot that I have to do... especially if Jerry will let Mr. DNA communicate telepathically and just draw out all the info he wants. The other investigators have got a lot of posts to bang out. I can fill some more time by doing some Sciencey stuff once I have the blood.

We should be fine in that regard. I was able to get a generic wireless keyboard that's compatible with my iPad. The damn thing set me back $60, but I can now post faster than the snail's pace of pecking at the on-screen keys.

Ok, the post for Fell is up. Please remind me if any of you are waiting on me for any information regarding your current activity. I'll be checking the threads habitually tonight.

By the way, hopefully when I give reasons for my delayed posting it doesn't come across as me making excuses. I like to have good communication so that if I am unable to post as planned, you guys and gals (?) know why. GM and player disappearances are so common here that I'm always eager to make sure that everyone knows that I'm not abandoning anyone, losing interest in the game, or anything like that.

Kolkata sounds like something that would be delicious on a sandwich.

Well, I was just in Darjeeling, so that sounds like something that would be good in a cup (if you dig on tea).

For all of its good points, Kolkata is still... umm... a little too unsanitary to belong on a sandwich. As someone accustomed to life in First and Second World countries, I have to admit that the frequency of human urination and defecation in public is quite disturbing at times. I've only seen guys just drop a load on the sidewalk a half-dozen times in the past 6 weeks (between Delhi and Kolkata), but I see people just urinating on walls and so on at least once a day on average. Last week, I even saw a wall with "NO URINE!" painted on it... of course, someone was urinating on it when I passed it.

I think I'm somewhat ahead of everyone... should I hold off posting a bit while everyone else gets into their investigations?
