You insert the coin, suddenly the vending machine shutters, and slides, revealing a staircase leading down.

The survivors look down it. "Okay, I'm going in." The yuppie says.

He takes a step on the stairs, then stops.

"Wait, aint no ****ing way I'm going down there."

"Doesn't matter when, or where we are. If something like this is going down, its up to us to do something about it. Relentless, you ready to cash in your chip? Seems like we could use a little divine assistance on this one."

He turned to Aum-Ra. "I'm going after that thing. It might regrow its tendrils and go after someone else that's in here. Maven, you and Ali are with me. The rest of you, stay near Relentless."

With that, Rob ran in the direction of the fleeing monster.

The others follow reluctantly.

When you arrive in Pandemonium, you find it totally packed, moreso than usual. Holly is behind the bar with Kaku, trying to keep up with orders. At one table you see Mr. Infamy drinking a martini, and you can see Mr. Hoppy and The Nine Lords of the pit having a tea party at one big table.

"RELENTLESS!" Loki pops up, "You picked a real bad time to stop by. Halloween is our busy night and..." He looks behind you, "...Are those kids?"

"Oh yeah," The Yuppie says, "This is a MAJOR improvement."

"I know what you're trying to do kid." Hoppy appears on your shoulder, "But its not going to work. Krim, unfortunately, is an Entropic Master, so he doesn't answer to me. And The void is above my pay grade. So I'm afraid my hands are tied."

He leaps down in front of the kids, "However, I can certainly look after these kids while you go back and deal with the Crowns. And I can give you a little hint about how to get to them."

He reaches into his pockets and pulls out a huge mountain of candy for the kids.

"Now, here is the hint. Pay attention cause I wont repeat it: When a Qilliphotic sinkhole is involved, things stop making sense, in fact they aggressively resist making sense, as order and reason break down, the forces of nihilism will stubbornly resist you as you try and make sense of them. But you can use that against it, but if you stop making sense, then the path before you will open up."

As if to illustrate this, the various demons and devils in the club have stopped dancing and partying, and are just staring at your group, they begin slowly backing away, as if terrified of the kids. You also notice Infamy has made himself scarce.

The kids just look around, they seem unaware they are in hell.

"Its okay kids, this is just a haunted house is all." Hoppy says. "Matter of fact, why don't you make the trick or treating rounds, then we can move the party to more amicable surroundings while the Avengers take care of your home."

The kids rush off, their mother close behind, as they start going up to demons and yelling trick or treat.
