I would imagine Ali is the type to skip combat training whenever she could, so she probably missed that class.

As for not knowing him, remember that Ali cares for all of zero about the super-hero world,and so, doesn't bother to remember who anyone is in it unless they directly impact her, or are also well know in scientific fields.

IOW, She'd be hard pressed to name a single one of the Sentinels, but could probably recognize the real name of z-list gadget villains.

This is one of those cases where you have two conflicting counts of what some might call Genre Savvy.

Rob figures two teams of 3 Avengers are still pretty damn powerful, and enough of us have movement powers to get back together in a hurry if we need to. He also figures letting a monster run away, injured but not defeated to come back and attack you in larger numbers or with backup when you least expect it is a bad idea.


However, if its better for the story, and moves things along faster if we don't split up, though, I'm all for that. I just figured it'd be in Rob's nature to chase after a scary monster thing, injured or not.

I don't mind if you split up, I just want to make sure that you realize you're splitting up in a place where space is warped and time is bendable.

We may be able to find each other through just having enough sympathetic resonance through sharing pantheons between it and Ali and/or the Axe.

i beleive the rule is we have to clean up our own messes

however, this is the point where we can get some actual info on what they're up to

also, recalling that in this verse, the crowns are basicly the anti-ponies, i've started mapping them to their elements
