The seconds ticked by and there was a silent calm before the storm. That kind of lull was bad to settle into. Or at least Singularity was of a mind to think so. So, hopping up to his feet he floated over to the hatch and opened it up. Raising his voice he called out to the others before flying outside and sweeping across the landscape to size up the geography around the prison.

"Come on. Lets get out there people!"

Graft followed after Singularity much more discretely, slipping from cover to cover as he neared where they intended to intercept the escapees.

Take 10 on Stealth if possible for 24, otherwise Stealth roll (1d20+14=28). Initiative (1d20+10=29)

Tension slithered towards the Marvels' vehicle; using what miniscule cover there was as only an elastic man could. He paused several times as to not be noticed. But in his mind he was still preoccupied, unfocused. A mental fugue of worry that could get him caught...or worse.

Outside Fort Leavenworth

As the final seconds tick away, your initial reaction appears that nothing happened. Only a few more seconds tick before you realize the gaurds appear agitated. Several of them pull ear buds out of their ears and throw them on the ground. Careful observation reveals the doors to the guard towers appear locked shut. The doors out to the front yard and the main gate appear to unlock.

Need Initiative from everyone else.

Graft and Tension start by the fence, Singularity is in the air outside the ship.
Wraith and Hardbody are at the door of the Vigilance.
The guards appear distracted enough not to see anyone outside the ship at this time.
Graft and Tension make a Notice check.

Graft notices all of the cameras and automated systems appear offline and the buzzing from the fence has stopped.

Graft reported his findings quietly to the others through his commcard while remaining in position. "They've managed to cut the power, none of the cameras or other automated systems are working. Safe to say that any containment fields in the prison are probably also down, which would mean all hell breaking loose once one of the prisoners notices."

The power isn't cut, just some of the key security measures shut off.
With the guards apparently distracted by this, it would be easy to sneak in now.
