I'm completely comfortable with that. Of course, he could get a modern compound bow with a scope and laser sight. Alternately, he can wait a bit and use something magical from the Young Kingdoms or have something in the Tet Corporation arsenal. I can work it around your preferences.

I've posted what I hope is the final revision for Myron here. The link has changed, but as always my character links can be found in my sig. All of the odd names in Myron's magic array (Abhoth, Dylath-Leen, R'Lyeh) are beings or locations from the extended Cthulhu mythos. I added a handy link to his character sheet as well.

As for Jhondak, Myron is an Artificer, he's also got a Tech of +10 and Familiarity (Old Ones Tech). He could probably make you something niiiiiiize.

With 5 points to work with? Probably not so spiffy. Even with the device discount that would only get me to 8 points so I think it's going to have to be equipment.

I think what I'll do is swap out Ranged Combat:Bows for 4 points of straight Ranged Attack (which I need for spear-throwing and rock-flinging as well) and spend the last for another rank of equipment. Then I'll drop the bow for a Rifle (Ranged Damage 5, Accurate 1). That gets me to 112 points. I'll bank the rest pending a better idea or to beef up the Variable when more points come in.

Re: character images, I don't think I ever actually found one, but if you combine the two images Red posted, that should give you a pretty good idea what Owen looks like.

Also, I spent the new points (plus 5pp I realized I had saved for a rainy day) on Owen's build. I beefed up the pistols to include Penetrating 4 and Ricochet 3, plus I upped a number of his skills, including Close Combat (Knife).

By the way, Brian has access to a lot of doorways in the Tet building but he's never even heard of Tanelorn before. He isn't aware of any doorway there.
