I think your group must hold the record. LOL. Nearly every other GM tends to have a blanket rule against variable powers but you must be the only one actively recruiting.

Aye, I tried to keep the variable really really low (Only at 1 rank this time! ^_^) because honestly it takes the fun out of playing the character if they have answers for everything. 5pp that is available to move around and play with is more than enough for me hehe.
So Fuzzy, ye are up. (I PMed and we spoke about doing this mini scene more as freeform, not needing combat or dice, just a bit of back and forth making our characters look cool lol)

Maybe I'm just about the only GM who would allow a Variable anything in a build. I wear my foolishness with pride.
I guess for me it hasn't really been a big problem, because I've got such a great bunch of players. I think a build with Variable is harder to play well (i.e. enjoyably for the player and for the other players) but you guys manage to pull it off.
On another note - We've hit 2,000 posts in the IC thread.
I'm half proud and half humbled to be running a game that's gone on this long. Thanks everyone for your contributions and maintaining your enthusiasm.

FuzzyBoots is as fast in RL as Buzz is in the game - he's read my pm, posted a response incorporating it before I've finished sending the pms to everyone.
Everyone now has a personalised pm, there's some overlap of info between some players, but I think everyone has one or two things that are unique to them.
