I'm still trying to simultaneously build both Master Chief John-117 and my stealthy warrior khajiit Dragonborn from Skyrim. Mostly which one I'll submit will come down to which build works out the best, barring any preferences from XeroKhan, of course.

Drothgery's submission is a video game character. And I could always add a Complication for Spider-Man about his compulsive need to rescue lost balloons...

we could all get a complication on what level if difficulty the game is set and the tutorial so we can learn our abilities and control.

@McGuffin: The usual canon Dragonborn's race is a Nord, but we are dealing with a Multiverse. But, whichever character you feel would be the most fun to play, play that one.

Let's hope we don't get any classic Nintendo characters or anybody from Dark Souls then...

Well, there have been a myriad of Marvel super hero video games. I know that Beast was among the X-Men in at least one of them.

Soma Cruz
Dracula Reborn

Soma used to be a normal exchange student in Japan until he went to the Hakuba Shrine to watch the solar eclipse of 2035. This event changed his life forever when he found himself suddenly teleported to the gates of a great European castle. It was here that Soma discovered his strange powers, along with encountering numerous horrific monsters. While trying to figure out a way out, Soma learned that he was in Dracula's Castle, the ancient battleground of the Belmont Clan and the forces of Darkness since the Crusades. He also met Graham Jones: a missionary believing himself to be the reincarnation of the Lord of Darkness himself. Soma was able to stop Graham before he could gain control of Dracula's power, but made a terrible discovery in the process.

When the unholy powers left Graham's body, it immediately rushed to Soma, recognizing him as the true reincarnation of Dracula. Fortunately, he was able to find the core of the castle, sealing away the Chaos that permeated the unholy building, and thus saving himself. He still has the powers of Dracula, but has been able to keep it from corrupting it since that fateful night.

Now Soma finds himself mysteriously teleported again: this time on a futuristic orbiting satellite. Is this some new strange adventure? Or are the servants of Dracula trying to force Soma to retake his throne and truly become the Lord of Darkness?

Complications
A great darkness within...: Soma Cruz is the reincarnation of Dracula, a powerful Lord of Darkness in his universe. He has fought back the darkness within his soul since he first entered Dracula's Castle, and Soma has some control over it. However, any harm to those he cares about could trigger his darker side. Anyone with magic sensitivity can sense this darkness in Soma's soul, despite the fact that Soma hardly is the model Lord of Darkness.
Weakness: Vampire Killer: Being the current Incarnation of Dracula, Soma has an adversion to the ancestral weapon of the Belmont Clan. The whip is the only weapon that can negate Soma's Immortality power. Luckily, it is back in Soma's home universe......or is it??

You could probably check the martial artist prebuilt template to see if they list or suggest anything
