"Not that I ain't thrilled at the thought of kicking Stark in the ass, but Stark regularly spanks AIM and Hydra and sends them home crying to their mothers. Logic tells me, Stark is the toughest of the three targets. Not to mention Stark can always call in the Avengers. I don't know about you, but the craziest Super hero I ever tangled with is Spiderman. Dude is fast, strong, and doesn't shut up. But he doesn't even compare to messing with a god damned thunder god. And wait... is the Hulk in control and hanging with the Avengers this week, or is he off being a mindless brute destroying Nevada? Hard to keep track with him."
"Whats wrong? You came here expecting to fight a madman, and instead found a god!?"

"Our intelligence tells us that the Hulk is missing for about a month. There have not been any official report, but we have confirmation that a Hulk buster squadron is being deployed in the russian thundra. Regardless, you have a point, Jack." Zola agrees.
"Indeed he has" reassures Enchantress. "But about the god of thunder and his mortal comrades, I would love to entertain them for you. There's nothing like toying with Odinson." she says "Although that will mean you'll have to sneak into Stark Tower on your own from the street, as I'll be playing interference." she toys with her hair. "The choice is yours of course".

"I say we send Empress to distract the avengers. Next, I think tech head over there needs to create a teleporter. I know that Stark employs dampening fields for most technology, however I heard about amplifiers. If we can get a device to the Stark lab, it will amplify and strength the signal so we can teleport Tech head and the gear in and out of the lab quickly. This way, our only job is to get to the lab and set it up, which is easier than escorting him."

"I'm not a teach head! I'm a biologist." Zola complains.
"But if someone among you have the required expertise..." Enchantress says, as she spreads her arms, dissipating the veil of darkness that surrounds the meeting. A grand room fashioned in a thick asgardian architecture appears around the gathered villains. There are several doorways, with convenient labels on each. "Time is not a pressing issue, so take your time and make your plans. You will find a laboratory, a library, a training room and a workshop as well as your own quarters. If you need me I'll be at mine." She adds, banishing in a puff of green smoke. Zola says nothing, and walks into a room labelled Lab.
The doorways lead, as Enchantress said, to a laboratory equipped with tools and supplies for chemical and alchemical inventions, a library with information both scientifical and arcane also with a study to create and practice rituals, a training room where you can test your mettle with magical constructs and a workshop with tools and supplies for mechanical and electrical inventions or artifices. The room that reads Quarters is a long corridor, with doors on each side. Each room has the names of each of you. Only Zola doesn't appear to have a room, although you reason he hardly needs one, being a robotic creature.

OOC: I'm pressing on so I can leave you without NPC interventions, you can plan, design and build inventions, or use your artificer/ritual advantage at your will. Zola and Enchantress can be approached for sidequests or aid in building checks (Zola for inventions, enchantress for Artificer/rituals).

Dr. Beck
HP: 1

"Alright, well, I've never built a teleporter before. I don't even get the physics of it, really. I'm sure I could replicate it if I had an example, but without that my hands are tied or else we'll be here for years while I guess at it," Beck told the group. "But, I could build us a vehicle that will allow us to get there without the use of the Enchantress's powers, hold up with supplies in an emergency, and then be teleported out when it's over."

Mark Dobson

Mark had no idea how a teleporter worked let alone how to build one.

"Maybe we can look it up at the library? I mean, someone must have plans for building one somewhere. I don't know anything about these kinds of things. If you can build a flying thing like one of them hovercraft, that would be awesome."

"Why the rush? It's not like we have to hit Stark tomorrow or anything. Besides, I want to know if you guys really have what it takes to help me take down Magneto. So, how about we have a little sparring match and...get to know each other's skills alittle bit better." Dale excitedly rubbed his fist in his palm as he waited for his "team's" respons.

Dr. Beck
HP: 1

Dr. Beck shrugged. "It's true, we do not need to strike immediately. I will first look through the workshop to make a more advised decision, I suppose."

Gregory finds his way to the workshop and begins hunting up the right materials.

If we possess the resources, I would like to make a square teleport box that anyone touching goes with us to the locations programmed into the box.

As per the rules of extended teleports, for one round after we are dazed and vulnerable.

Roy Calvert
HP: 1

Roy was not a technical expert, so... "Sparring sounds fair to me." Getting a feel for all the others would be essential.

"Spar? How's that gonna work? Free for all, or tournament?" The ninja smiled, feeling confident about a brawl.

As the 'rules' of engagement were laid out, Gregory Beck hurried away to the laboratories even faster…

I'm cool with the teleporter box, you'll fnd the resources and information to craft it. When you give me the updated sheet I'll roll your design check, and then you'll roll the craft checks.

Henchmen arena

Postby Evolución » Fri Jan 17, 2014 1:46 pm

Thos of you who decided to spar among yourselves find that the training room prompts magical input for you to configure:
It states that the room will magically withdraw a dying subject from the arena and restore its health. It also states that it can summon a number of beasts to try your mettle against, if you so desire. Alternatively you can spar among yourselves the way you want. There is a number of scenes to select, and also the level of hazards to be placed in the scenes. Be creative and play nice.

This is the link to the Training rooms, you can choose one and place your tokens and battle on! Remember to read the description of the terrain carefully).
