How would you build the power to extend one's arm reach and turn one's hand massive, granting you a giant terrible fist?
I was thinking as simple as superstrength with the range extra, but maybe some sort of limited growth or elasticity with superstrength?

Strike +X with Extra (reach) or whatever it is called in Crooks! -- let's you extend reach by 5' as a power stunt or rank, if I remember correctly

If the giant hand can only hit then I second Superfreak's answer, if it can do other things then take the Elongation power.

We have a player who simulates this sort of thing with Elasticity, Strike and Improved Grapple.
