Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me convert Harry Osborne AKA the Neo/New Goblin from the third spider man movie?

Are you wanting a 1E conversion then, given the forum you posted on? generally, conversions go to Role Call or the like, but I can understand the request if you're running 1st Edition.
