This is especially a question for the developers but also to anyone else who knows a bunch about the system. If the "Gadgets" power has the device flaw built in, is it possible to remove it and have a 2 cost power that can become any other 2 cost power at the expense of a Hero Point. This seems to me to be a good way of explaining many magical characters that can just do any kind of magic at whim. Ideas?
