question about battle suit

So each effect, stunt and extra, gets a minus 1 for the device flaw? because i'm trying to build a battle suit that has a +10 melee damage and still has my energy blast and, super sensors. i'm trying to figure out the cost for those powers.

The different attack powers would be the full 2pp since the base attack power already has the device flaw. Each extra power only gets the standard -1pp for being an extra since the device flaw is only applied to the whole suit (in fact it's built into the armor power). The only thing that will recieve an extra discount are any feats taken (and even that is often GM dependent).

Oh, and by the way, I don't use drawbacks in my game, just complications.
