Libra, have you been able to contact Joe? He's got some spaces in his schedule now, and is available for commission work.

Quite frankly I haven't worked up the nerve to do so - I've so many ideas, observations and pipe-dreams floating around in my imagination that I'm not sure I can keep my communications toned down to a degree of intensity likely to leave Mr Singleton with a sensation that does NOT resemble that of being hit by a pipe bomb! (also I'm not entirely confident in the security of my sources of income to get into the habit of commissioning art and therefore don't wish to run the gauntlet of temptations posed by such fine work as that of Mr Singleton). :)

That's Corona, Galaxia and Wildstar at the top. Firewing, the guy in the wing-suit. Aurora, in the center and Cassandra on the right, beside Titan, the big guy. Mantra, is the man in black, wielding his magic blades. This is a new set of colors, for this version of Mega's costume, the blue and white guy in the lower left. I usually color this one red and black, but with all the others in reds, I thought I'd go with a different color scheme. He's had blue and white costumes, before. In black and silver, on the right, is Cyclone, our speedster.

The Outriders

Image

These are just the core of the team, members come and go as they pass through the home towns of young heroes. The core members are Dyna, she has electromagnetic powers that allow her to fly and throw electro-plasma bolts. She can also form plasma shields. Her brother, Magnetix, has your basic magnetic powerset, manipulates ferrous metals, generates and controls magnetic fields. He can also do a pretty effecteve EMP to take out electronics. If only bad guys routinely used steel-jacketed ammo, he could control bullets, too, but that's pretty rare. Red Hawk is the former side-kick of the late Steel Eagle. He doesn't yet feel ready to take on the promotion to the Steel Eagle identity. He's the basic martial arts-detective-acrobat hero. Atalanta is the female super-athlete type. She's strong, fast and tough, and she's skilled with just about any hand weapon ever made.

He's looking for a little work right now. I used Joe as the artist for some stuff I did for FGU. I can shoot you copies of them if you like.

Hopefully I'll have two new commission pieces to post here next week, then I've got a small back log I'd like Joe to work on.

The first two of several pieces I had commissioned. First up is the villain, and alien powerhouse, Imperion. He's on as powerful as Superman, but with a much, much, nastier attitude.

Next up, another of my characters, the adventurer, part-time hero, and reserve member of the hero group, the Guardians, Micro-Man.
