Well, there *is* Rampage, from JLU. Abominatrix, an old female adversary to She-Hulk, also qualifies. And while not built quite like the Hulk, Marrow certainly didn't have a swimsuit model body either.

Also, while she might not be 'muscular' in the sense you're thinking, there's Big Bertha from the Great Lakes Avengers. :lol:

Yikes! Not bad at all, Shinobi. Although I'll never understand the urge to put female body builders (or, for the most part, any females) in bikinis, especially when superhero costumes always come with better accessories :)
