Time Stop Clarifications

Postby Fey » Fri Jul 18, 2008 7:03 pm

Oh great and powerful one!
I who am not worthy seek your wisdom.

The Time Stop power is based off of Paralyze.
Can Affect Object be added to this power?

What happens to outside people or objects that come into contact with the Time Stopped individuals?

In an effort to stop the evil Dr. Badguy our hero Justin Time freezes the villain as he races into the street. Unfortunately a steamroller being used to smooth down the hot tar on the new road can't stop in time and rolls directly at Dr. Badguy.

By the power description - Dr. Badguy will remain unharmed while frozen in time but what happens to the steamroller and more importantly to the helplessly stuttering driver who has thrown his hands in front of his face to shield himself from the slowly approaching disaster?

Although Time Stop is based on Paralyze, it's assumed that it affects objects already, stopping everything in the affected area. Apply Selective Attack if it's capable of only freezing some things in the area and not others.
