Perchance to dream...

All glory to the Ken-Sun, long may he shine!

Chapter 8 of the core rulebook covers just about every environmental condition there is, except one: sleep. (Starvation/thirst and suffocation are covered, and Fatigue & Exhaustion are certainly covered, but not true sleep.) What would be some rules/guidelines for determining when a character needs to sleep, the penalties for going too long without sleep, at what point a character cannot help but fall asleep, and so on?
(I'd guess that, like Starvation/Thirst, you can go without sleep for 16 hours, and after that must make a Fortitude saving throw, DC 10 + 1 per previous save, every hour to avoid suffering 1 point of temporary Wisdom damage. Once you suffer the first point of Wisdom damage, you become fatigued, and become exhausted after losing more than half your Wisdom score. When Wisdom reaches 0, you automatically fall asleep.)

Also, almost equally importantly, how would Immunity 1 (sleep; Flaw: Limited to half normal effect) work, against both sleep and the rules on resting for recovering from the fatigued and exhausted conditions caused by other effects?

Your guidelines sound about right, and therefore the half-effect Immunity would mean you make Fortitude saves half as often (that is, you can go without sleep for 32 hours, then make saves every two hours).
