All glory to the Ken-Sun, long may he shine!

Can the Progression power feat be used as a feature to have multiple copies of a vehicle or headquarters?

Could an ultra-wealthy character have Equipment 2 (Sports Cars: Size Large, Str 25, Speed 5, Defense 9, Toughness 8; Features: Progression 2/5 cars; Cost: 10 equipment points) to show she's got a Ferrari, a Jaguar, a Lamborghini, a Maserati, and a Porsche?

Could an Evil Mastermind have Equipment 4 (Underground Lairs: Size: Huge; Toughness: 15; Features: Communications, Computer, Concealed, Defense System, Garage, Holding Cells, Isolated, Laboratory, Library, Living Space, Power System, Progression 3/10 Lairs, Security System. Cost: 20 equipment points) to show possession of multiple concealed hideouts?

There's no official provision for this, but it's fairly reasonable.

You could certainly treat multiple vehicles/HQs like an Array of Alternate Powers, since a character isn't likely to get any benefit out of more than one at a time; so pay the cost of the most expensive item, then 1 equipment point per additional vehicle or HQ of equal or lesser cost.
