Vehicle Combat

A Vehicle's Defense is listed as 10 plus it's Size Modifier... This implies a Vehicle has no Defense Bonus...

But what about the Vehicle's Movement, or the Pilot/Driver's skill...?

Is there any ruling on this, for a SF campaign for example...?
Being a GM doesn't make you EVIL, but it definately helps.

You can apply modifiers for movement to a vehicle's Defense: essentially +2 per rank of Speed, like all-out movement (M&M, page 33).

You can also allow the driver of a vehicle to make a skill check as a standard action to improve its Defense: the check result becomes the vehicle's new base Defense, modified by its size and speed. This may be lower than the vehicle's normal Defense.
