Healing - Restoration Extra (help needed)

Post by Cosmic Herald » Tue Oct 30, 2007 5:48 am

2 Questions: (refer to Ultimate Power for details, page 56)

Q1) Under the Healing power, Restoration Extra, what are it’s limitations, if any, on restoration of lost ability points? (from things like Drain, Injury, Poison, etc.) [we'll assume it has the Persistant Power Feat]

Q2) What is appropriate or RAW for Cosmic Energy Control - Alternate Power (Healing with Restoration Extra) to heal in terms of types of ability drains or ability damage? [we'll assume it has the Persistant Power Feat]

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

One power point per Healing rank, as it says in the description. That's as much as the power can restore; the rest must recover on its own or be restored by a higher-ranked Healing power.

That's highly situational, since the "rules as written" specify taking descriptors into account, but I'd tend to allow a cosmic Persistent Healing Restoration to restore most, if not all, forms of ability loss.
