Reflex Save, Hold the Dex

Reflex Save, Hold the Dex

I'm creating a villain who is essentially a big brain. It has Telekinesis, including the Flight extra, but it has no Strength (since it really can't move) and no Dex (since it really can't move).

So the question is, how would Reflex saves work? Would an effect that requires a Reflex save be automatically successful?

Would I base a Reflex save off of its TK power, or maybe off of its Int or Wis?

What would happen if I added Amazing Save: Reflex as an extra (if that's even possible, since it can't move)?

Characters with no Dexterity score automatically fail Reflex saves.

If you want the Flying Brain to be able to make Ref saves by virtual of being able to move about telekinetically, I'd suggest giving it a Dexterity score and the Weakness "No Body" (effective 0 Str and Dex without Telekinesis).
