Bondo Man has;
Deflection +10 [Extras: Rapid x2, Deflect Others x2, Reflection x 2; Source: Mutation; Cost: 8pp; Total: 80pp]
If Bondo Man was shot at in a single round by 10 minions would he not only be able to deflect all 10 attacks (as a reaction) but also Redirect them back as attacks even though this will mean he has made 10 attacks in the same round at his full attack bonus?
Also what exactly contributes an attack for delfection? Using his Deflect Others extra if there was rubble falling (about 20 fist sized fragments) within Normal Range of him would he be able to use his deflection (as a reaction) to turn that rubble into 20 ranged attack in a single round?
Thanks!

Yes. That level of Deflection is dangerous!

I'd tend to count that rubble as a single Area attack, myself.
