Cosmic cube, infinity gauntlet etc questions

Has anyone written out the stats for the 12 items in the JLA/Avengers crossover from 2004? The 12 items of power we're:

The six DC items were:
the Spear of Destiny;
the Book of Eternity;
the Orb of Ra;
the Psycho Pirate's Medusa Mask;
the Bell, Jar and Wheel of the Demons Three;
the Green Lantern Power Battery of Kyle Rayner.

The six Marvel items were:
The Ultimate Nullifier
The Evil Eye of Avalon
the Wand of Watoomb
the Casket of Ancient Winters
the Cosmic Cube
the Infinity Gems

Would you need stats for these items or as a GM just BS their stats as they are essentially PLX items?

The majority of these are what authors refer to as macguffins, essentuialy plot devices used by the villain to threaten the world so the hero can chase them down and staop him.

the majority fo the ones mentioned are essentially PL X items with vast reality warping power and pretty much have any stats the Gm can choose.

that said. As Jab and other builders have shown you can give stats to a device of this type. the stats may represent a limited version of the item because its owner hasnt unlocked its true potential yet,

Yup, I was all "well this dude is lucky, because I finished one and hadn't posted it just yet". Some of that other stuff is tricky, but others are simple (The Ultimate Nullifier is basically an Uber-Blast linked to Weaken Toughness with a NASTY Side-Effect that'll kill you if you fail a Will Check or something like that).
