Basically she is the sorcerer supreme of the Dark Dimension, and is probably more around PL 13. If i were to convert her, with Dr. Strange, one level below.. or on par. She was much more powerful in the Dark Dimension, and noted to be weaker on the Earth Dimension.

Thanks thats a good tip on that would be a complication i would think power loss maybe when in the Earth Dimension. Will have a look around for some Dr Strange builds for ideas :)

When you have the time RossN the character will be there :) Glad you like my version of a green lantern lowered her power level to have her start with a good leadership base.

I added a few ideas from the Gadget guide utility belt to Beltran, it sure has some good ideas in it.

Updated Castellan with a better overall build and a picture i had sorted by Prodigyduck. He really got all the details i wanted sorted into the costume look of the character.

I love the look of Castellan! :P I immediately thought of Taskmaster when I first saw her. Yet she has a cool original look to her somehow.

Overall, the stats of her are pretty good. My only issue is the large amount of Alternate effects she has. Maybe she's better off with low ranks of the variable gadget power like the Weapon Master archetype. You can have the alternate effects of trick arrows as a suggested
list of gadgets. Granted it's only a suggestion. That's the problem with arrows you only have a limited space to fit them in a quiver.

I noticed that you used some of the equipment from the gadget guide: Utility. It's nice to see someone use some of the options listed in it.

Thanks glad you like the picture, i added alot of details from the utility belt and archaic gadget guides for the weapons and gear she uses. The trick arrows are AE off the main power for the trick arrows array.

Excellent castellan build. She might need more pouches for all that equipment. ;)

Maybe but you did a great job with the character look and most of the gear is very small in nature so should fit fine in the pouches she does have. Looking forward to seeing the out of costume drawing when you have the time to sort it :)

And besides. Any more pouches and she'd be a Liefeld character.

She'd also need to open her cowl so her 8 ft. long hair could stick out, and she'd need to add some decolletage to expose her breasts.

Good. Because Liefeld-izing a character design is not a good thing. :D

I'd been considering an art project called "Re-feld." Basically, take all the Liefeld covers and re-draw them with art that isn't overdone and with proper proportions. Unfortunately, I'm so busy with others stuff, it's low on my priorities.

Thank you ProdigyDuck for the work on drawing for my Castellan character, they turned out very nicely done. He really does lovely looking artwork at a fair price.
