Your Atlantean Marine Military will come in quite handy for the DC universe. I felt that leaving out a Atlantean archetype in DC universe was a huge oversight on Green Ronins part.

Prejudice: Arliss is a half-human creature of the deep at the best of times. Sometimes he goes full on were-shark.
Weakness: Like any fish, Tiger Shark needs to keep wet to keep his super powers. If fish also had super powers.

Todd Arliss was a professional swimmer until he broke his spine trying to make an ocean rescue. Because he is a comic book character he went to Dr. Lemuel Dorcas for an experimental procedure with a "morphotron" designed to imprint animal traits into human DNA expression. One guess which animal was used in this case. It is only if you guessed "Tiger Shark and Submariner" that you are correct. End result: Arliss is a mix of human, fish, Atlantean, and mutant DNA that's as strong as the Thing, but with really big teeth. Since he was a world class athlete prior to his secret origin Tiger Shark hits caps with Athletics in addition to his close attacks and defenses. Arliss can hunt as well as scrap with respectable skill totals, an extreme sense of smell, and a top speed approaching Namor's. One time he had two heads.

Loving these water dweller builds, Gaz. I've always had a love for Tiger Shark. I love personal jobbers to the stars, and he's Namor's.

Nice Atlanteans, too. Although, I am a little sad you missed the "IT'Z NOT ATTUMA!" opportunity there. :wink:

Ah yes...to have Tiger Shark identified with Arnold (or is that Ah-nold).

Seriously though, Tiger Shark was always a villain I hoped would get the "Thunderbolts" treatment, if only because he's got the best costume of all Marvel's aquatic characters (Namor included).

Accident: If Radioactive Man absorbs too many rads he ends up extremely toxic and hazardous to be around.
Motivation: Patriotism: Since even before giving himself powers to avenge a military defeat, Dr. Lu has done everything for the PRC.
Quirk: Radioactive Man keeps a count of everyone his powers have killed, both wittingly and unwittingly.

Dr. Chen Lu was a respected physicist working for the People's Republic of China. He was studying the effects of radiation on human beings and the possible super human applications thereof when Thor kicked the crap out of a Chinese army all by himself. The Party leaders decided that they needed their own superhuman to fight Thor and tapped Lu. He used specialized radioactive on his own specially prepared body to mutate himself in the state's superpower, Radioactive Man. The green guy is a PL 11 blaster and the world authority on human radiation interface. So obviously he knows a lot of tricks to alt fire from his powerful blasts. Lu can do damage, affliction, or weaken hard enough to rock Thor and accurately enough to tag high speed Iron Man. His force field can stand up to a ton of punishment or he can turn it into a stream of radioactive particles strong enough to stop ANY attack, up to and including Mjolnir. Despite being a glowing green pile of radioactive commie agent, Chen Lu always seems to get invited onto some team or another.

Nice Radioactive Man! I always liked Dr. Chen Lu. As a solo Thor villain, as a member of the Titanic Three (with Titanium Man and Crimson Dynamo) and as member of the Masters of Evil. Heck, even his run in Thunderbolts wasn't bad.

Plus, it takes a confident man to charge into combat in a tunic-style mini-dress and flat heel boots. :wink:

Motivation: Doing Good: After a bunch of pretending to be a good guy, Melissa has sincerly reformed and dedicated to making right what she would once have set wrong.
Prejudice: Melissa started off as a super villain and a Master of Evil, and then decieved the world into thinking she was a hero. There are trust issues.
Responsibility: Melissa is a member of or the leader of the Thunderbolts and must uphold their ideals of repentent heroics.

Melissa Gold was a troubled runaway who got her start in the world of superpowers as a member of the all girl wrestling team the Grapplers. The Grapplers undertook a covert operation for Roxxon Oil and were supplied with some super gear for their troubles. Deciding to go into criminal operations full time, Melissa ended up undergoing the Power Broker's strengthening treatments and getting Roxxon's vocal augmenting apparatus surgically installed. Eventually Gold ends up as the super powered Screaming Mimi, member of the Masters of Evil. Eventually the Masters of Evil show up disguised as heroes and that's where we really get Songbird, a PL 10 PC with a rocky past. Songbird actually screamed out her vocal cords once and so lacks almost all of her Screaming Mimi powers. The sonic conversion harness she wears allows her to turn the power of her last remaining ability (the subvocal influence) into pink energy forms ala Klaw. Those effects are paid for in the cost of the device, dynamic with each other, and allow Songbird to hit her caps on balanced offense or defense. Her signature sonic wings are outside of the array to let her fly and fight at the same time. Apparently Gold's hair grows pink naturally.

Ah Songbird, the single most popular member of the Thunderbolts (at least as far as my unofficial, non-scientific poll can determine) and my favorite as well.

This is a pretty spiffy build of Songbird Gazman. Good Job.

Songbirds transformation was an amazing one. They took what pretty well amounted to a 5 time loser of a character and turned her into one of the best designed and workable characters out there.

I still can't believe Songbird used to look like this. :shock: Even her old name Screaming Mimi sounds
irritating. I would have sworn that they were two completely different characters if I hadn't read her
backstory.

Now she looks so cool in comparison. 8) It just goes to show how important fashion is to a superheroine.
It's funny that she's actually shows less skin in her new outfit than most other superheroines out there. :lol:
