The key to remember is that the Cloak is a crackpot pseudo-science archaeologist, who is only marginally competent at his self-assigned profession. He's a crank, basically, who lucked out and got his hands on some genuine occult Sumerian artifacts. Poor Hamurabi! Saddled with someone like the Cloak!

This is Aesaru, an aeset "composite-being," consisting of four mulnziau selves that are biomorphically joined together, ala the Gestalt power. Aesaru is from Earth-BACCHUSISINSIDEUS, an Earth in the Spiral of Heroes. This Earth is set nearly 22 billion years from now (yes, really), wherein humanity has ascended to truly godlike heights. Aesaru and her component-selves are extraordinarily powerful, but she is NOT her universe's most powerful being, as 17 others clearly outclass her. Her husband is the ophep (telepath) Dwntoth c'Elhuud.

Yes, I'm aware I left some feats out (mainly Benefit feats), AND I didn't bother giving him Super-Movement. This is due to the nature of the PbP, in which PCs are interdimensional refugees and/or exiles.
