Really handy site that I got linked to off of http://rpg.stackexchange.com/ (also a pretty nifty site, albeit without much for Mutants and Masterminds yet).
http://anydice.com/ lets you input a pretty wide variety of dice conditions and calculates the probability of outcomes. For example, three d20s rolled and taking the middle value (If that URL stops working, the commands is "output [middle 1 of 3d20]", no quotes). Or the probability for a given roll when using Second Chance.
