Is getting Nocturnals supposed to be difficult? I just got it from Amazon...

Shouldnt be difficult at all.
its in stores.
and, as you say, discounted on Amazon.
Yes, it would have been easy to get in a store or tempting to get discounted from amazon.

Alas, there are unique and special and bizarre circumstances involving my copy of the Nocturnals that have prevented it getting into my hands for some three months now.Clearly, its part of te price i pay for being King of the Gypsies. Still, I have faith that someday my long and patient wait will be rewarded.

I did get Nocturnals... and think --in retrospect-- that I should have passed up on it also.
(I don't think its bad or anything, just turns out I will get little use out of it.)

Had I had Nocturnals three months ago, i might have used it more than i will now. At the time of its release, i had an idea or two for a Nocs-type miniseries game that I considered running until the release of the Annual and FC2525. with my likely getting Nocturnals at the same time or after the Annual now, I'm uncertain how much use i'll get out of it in the near future as I've long been interested in running a LEGION style game and assume FC 2525 will encourage that desire. Still, its a lovely, beautiful well-done book and it will be nice to finally have one. I still always encourage everyone to get Nocturnals.
