Occasionally communications go awry and customers are left wondering what's up with an order or how they can get an answer to a question. If a polite inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com doesn't work for you, it could be that you are getting inadvertently trapped in our spam filter or that the person who needs to handle your issue is not available immediately to do so.
Please remember, you can PRIVATE MESSAGE NICOLE if you are having order problems. If you post randomly to message boards about order problems, the people with the power to help you sort out your issue are VERY UNLIKELY to see it! A PM to Nikchick, on the other hand, gets flagged directly to someone who CAN help you.
Posts about your issues with orders should be moved to private message. Please include as much information as you can about your issue, including your REAL NAME and CONTACT INFORMATION in addition to your ORDER NUMBER or DATE OF ORDER if you have it.
