  • First thought: Map looks awesome (detailed even at 200% zoom!)
  • Second thought: YAY! I don't have to create Lord Etheric and company in Herolab for part 1 of ECK
  • This is PERFECT timing for the game I am starting Sunday
  • Everything is BEAUTIFUL.
Now to actually read.

How long is the pre-order offer valid?
The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.

Just about every kid today wants to be Batman, Spiderman, or Superman. Maybe if we were better parents they would not want to become orphans.

I don't have an exact date, but it's usually until the books arrive in the warehouse.

One thing I don't see is any demographic information, such as population, which was present in Freedom City. Was that a conscious decision, to allow more GM flexibility?

Cross-posting this:
Arthur Eld wrote:I'm sorry if someone has asked this before, but for the PDF will it be possible to purchase the three books separately, or are they (And the digital version of the map too, I guess) all in one package?

I ask because I already have the Emerald City Knights campaign, and I'd rather not pay for it twice.
A good question even for someone like me who doesn't have ECK but who doesn't really care about it.

I see that you guys are working with local retailers to provide the PDF for a cheap price if they preorder the book. I just called my local game store who said that they were participating in this program with you, but they had not yet received the codes for the 5$ PDF.
When should I expect that they would get the codes for this?

Very soon. The codes have been generated and passed to Nicole to work with the stores.

Can you tell me your store and I'll have Nicole contact them?

I've noticed a couple typos already. One is on page 29 of the Secrets book, the Angel Island description just kinda cuts off. I'll see if I can find where I found a word that has a letter missing.

If you find typos, please enter them in the errata thread here:

We certainly appreciate it as we can fix the book before it goes to print and also update the PDFs!

The store is Gator Games in San Mateo California. I would love it if they got their codes, because I want to check this book out!
Thanks much.

Speaking of updated PDFs, is there a mechanism for getting updates if they are downloaded through the Green Ronin store? And if so, does it inform us of an update?

How about Rainy Day Games in Hillsboro, Oregon?

I asked the staff, who always do the GR pre-order PDF specials, but they haven't got their codes yet either. Thanks! :)
