I didn't see Apocalypse on that list. What type of mutant is he? An Alpha? Or is he an Omega? I don't see him controlling matter or energy (or can he?)

Just curious.

I almost played Aberant due to the Vampire group I played with already knowing the base mechanics. Yet, I brought by MnM and didn't ask them but one player said "Can I look at that book" and after about half a hour he suggested to me to run it, and soon thereafter we set up a trial session where I p...

This entire thread belongs in Roll Call cause it has to do with character creation. At least in the past that is where I have seen such thread types.

I like your approach though. Good work.

Personally I wouldn't see the point. If your going to play Vampires and you don't have a system like Whitewolf I say create your own 'system' as far as what traits you think a vampire should have, or what types of vampires there are. If you want sit and convert various base traits of a vampire into ...

Dr Archeville those are great questions but that might be TMI for some players. A player might look at all that and glaze over and at best want to answer a portion of it, various questions he feels an answer to coming to his mind, and perhaps over time he might fill in the rest. Also when it comes t...

I own all these. Just buy instant heroes but if you must buy the compiled bundle for all three AA product pdfs. Yet, instead you could (and you might like it) get the Iron Age villain pdf. I know. I know but you might like the villain and just say they are current or get inspired to incoporate them ...

The above suggestions are good. Have player do a brainstorm session and write down a couple sentences of their character concept first, using no game mechanics. They can then add ideas of character traits, background ideas, etc. but which are simply suggestions for which will later be turned into fo...

I think the best approach is to ask yourself first Why and how someone is teleporting the other person or persons or objects? The descriptor helps inform the extra of making the Teleport an Attack forcing a Will save. Next, in real comics how and when is this done. I can think of the magic using cha...

I probably would make this type of Extra (Autohit) which works like a Perception based hit, and simply make a new Extra which like No Save needs its own wording. I'd add to that wording something like 'the attack strikes unerringly at the end of the combat round'. So like the Final Word sword effect...

I think the power is fine. You simply don't need many ranks, same goes with Mental Duplication. Your paying for a pool of points that lets you have a skill point power pool, and add an extra to mimic feats. Buy the feats you'll use a lot and use the 'power' to do the rest. 1 or 2 ranks is all you ne...

That video above is a great example of extraordinary effort. That is the flash pushing himself beyond. Not something he normally does by any stretch of his imagination.

Well there are websites dedicated to Classic Marvel RPG, DC RPG, MURG, Blood and Heroes, and other games that do just what your asking. Your not making money from it, its not a real product, nor a superlink product so just like MD Snowman created the pdf, and others created simliar things I say go f...

So it boils down to lack of time then. Ok. Yet, haven't we seen FMW developed for the past few months. How short are these deadlines? I can see if they are 2 weeks or maybe a month. Still how long does the average official book start and continue until final draft that cannot be changed once its sen...

Go to the yahoo group for MnM on the Fan Resources. I did those characters. I have done more than that too. I've created over 300+ characters probably more. I don't take it as a personal slight. I simply am saying, if GR paid me to do it I know (because I've done it) that I could do an equal or grea...

If you simply have Mooks use Power Attack some of the time you can hit the Impervious level of the target and score damage. I like house rule 1. I see no problem with that, though if you wanted to make a high impervious character you might simply decide to go with Immunity 20 (lethal) and add on oth...
