Players should keep in mind they're playing jokers , and the in-character social stigma this carries. Furthermore, very few jokers are blessed with good looks (Peregrine being a noted exception), so, if you pick the Attractive or Bishonen feats, you need to explain how your joker-status enhances you...

Yes, he or she would have both lungs AND gills, thus facilitating action both out of and in the sea. As a hydrokinetic, he or she could extract all the moisture he or she would need from the air, itself; thus, no water-dependency.

....before you ask, yes, he must still spend time prepping for rituals via Ritualist. It's just in his case, it means he's carefully and slowly formulating the perfect speech. It is not used "on the fly," as it follows all other rules for Ritualist.

Yes, I'd play Mel as an archetypal "winged hunter", with bioluminescence. This iteration would be the same way Marvel treats Sif: Attributed by worshippers with vast powers he doesn't actually have.
